Anna Maria Caglio on her way to court

1953. Anna-Maria Moneta Caglio, dubbed ‘the black swan,’ is the principal witness in the Montesi affair, which has got the whole of Italy in a tizz. On her way to court, she is recognized immediately by the crowd and surrounded by photographers (note the paparazzo) and curious bystanders. The press release on the back reads:
