1967. Though uncredited, Suzy Kendall plays the role of Prue, one of the casino patrons in Thunderball. She trained as a fashion designer and worked as a model to help pay for her studies. The modelling led to offers of TV and film roles.
From modest beginnings her career builds: between 1964 and 1977 she acquires 29 credits on IMDb. In 1968 she marries Dudley Moore, who persuades her to accept the title role in Fraulein Doktor, for which this photo is publicity:
